“ I went to Rise and Grind Coffee Shop and ordered a 20oz Sugar Free Hazelnut Latte! It was perfect! I love the atmosphere of this coffee shop, it was like BoHo Artist meets Hunter, it was absolutely fabulous! As fare as seating goes, they have every style, couches, tables and outdoor dining. The barista was courteous, out going and friendly. I will definitely return for another coffee experience ! ”
“ 1/7/26 Jon, I appreciate your response and came in tonight for a meeting. I was provided a free drink and got to speak with Tommy. All is good and I do appreciate that he gave me $20 worth of free coffee on a gift certificate. I will be passing this along, most likely, as that is certainly not what I was looking for, or intended to happen. I really just wanted to be validated with the situation, and feel this has been resolved with a solution and validation. I love what you are doing with "recovery" and that is what is most important to me. Recovery, for those that earnestly seek and want it. Thank you again. ** Updated** In response to your response, I absolutely was not told that!! I was asked if I wanted a flavor which I said no I did not want a flavor. I do not like flavors in my coffee. I was never told that it had no sweetener and only milk which it did not have milk in it either. So instead of calling your customers liars, take constructed critisim, and don't make it their error! This confirms if I'll ever buy coffee from you all again. I called, as her response was very belittling. Manager tried to tell me "I was on camera." What?? So what, than you obviously know, they never told me!! She also refused to give me her name, as well. How childish! That is not customer service at its finest!! You never know what someone is going through, and I had just lost my dog a few days prior, and had surgery the week prior to that! This experience was the icing on the cake! I will never buy coffee from here again. Instead, I take my coffee into my meetings from a place that treats me with respect. They lost more stars just from the management itself. Also refused to tell me who the owner was!!** Loved the reason I went there, and wanted to love the coffee just as much! Unfortunately this was not the case. I understand that the coffee I ordered was just a frozen latte. However, what I received was just coffee and ice mixed. No sugar, no milk, (Frozen Latte). The barista was very sweet and offered to make me another, once the event I was attending was over. However, she made me a Carmel Blonde I think is what she said. She was trying to make my first experience better, but this drink was way, too sweet. I dumped it up on getting home. I feel like I should have taken $6.50 and thrown it away. I wish she would have waited for me to tell her what I would've liked instead of deciding for me. There was no harm intended,by her by any means, but I certainly didn't enjoy my coffee experience. Maybe this will change in the future. I'm almost hesitant to order again. ”
“ The barista is very welcoming, super nice and professional and makes really good coffee too. The interior is ok but a little sad. Maybe they need to brighten it up a bit or maybe the wall paint especially the entrance, it doesn't look very inviting. We just found this since they were open till 10pm on a weekday . This coffee shop has a lot of potential for sure and we will definitely be back. ”
“ I live out of town I'm always on the lookout for the best coffee shops in the cities and towns I visit. Tried 6 different ones, this takes the cake easily. Swing by sometime! Lovely place. Afton was my Barista and they were very lovely! Visiting from out of town and the (?)owner and Afton were both very lovely to chat with. Their coffee is nice and moody but not burnt. Excellent. ”
“ Trying a new place like this is usually a risky life choice. Best case: it’s fine. Worst case: you just paid $7 to be personally disappointed. But this place?? JACKPOT! We went this morning and the drinks were actually delicious, not “it’ll do,” not “maybe with extra syrup,” but genuinely good. I was mentally prepared for disappointment and instead got flavor and emotional stability. Now I just need to go back to make sure this wasn’t a fluke and I didn’t just catch their one competent shift of the year. But if this is their normal? We may have a winner. ”
